Tractivity Accessibility Policy

This website is designed to be accessible to as many people as possible and is tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines V2.1 AA standard. All updates to this website are tested internally by Tractivity Limited to ensure continued conformity to the WCA v2.1 AA standard.

Tractivity Limited control the overall structure of the website, the layout of the pages and the functionality used when completing and viewing surveys.

Tractivity Limited do not have control of the majority of the content entered within this website, as it has been provided by Norfolk County Council. The term ‘content’ applies to text, images and document and the colour scheme selected.

Tractivity Limited regularly perform the following tests on this website:

  • Zoom in up to 200% and ensure that all content remains visible on screen.
  • Navigate the website using just a keyboard.
  • Navigate the website using speech recognition software.
  • Listen to the website using a screen reader.
